摘要
介绍了一种新型的型壳强化技术,系统研究了强化剂的配比和工艺控制方案,解决了水玻璃型壳高温强度低的难题,实现型壳减层工艺的大批量生产应用。结果表明,通过强化剂的应用,撒石英砂的水玻璃型壳高温强度达到了11 MPa,达到了全硅溶胶的水平。
This paper presents a new shell-strengthening technique. The proportioning of hardening agent and the process control scheme were studied systematically. With this technology, the high-temperature strength of the sodium silicate ceramic shell molds was improved significantly, reached 11 MPa, which was almost as same as that of silica sol ceramic shell molds. The number of layers of the shell was also reduced. This shell-strengthening technology has been applied to mass production of sodium silicate shell molds.
