摘要
以纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)水性浆料和水性聚氨酯(PU)为原料,采用共混法制备纳米ATO/水性PU透明隔热涂料。建立了隔热性能的在线测试装置和简化的辐射传热数学模型,研究了纳米ATO用量、测试位置及涂膜厚度对涂膜热学性能的影响。结果表明,在碘钨灯照射下,当w(ATO)/w(PU)=1∶15时,所制得的纳米ATO/PU隔热涂层玻璃和空白玻璃背面的温差可达到10℃,木盒内空气温差达到6℃,底板温差也达到4℃。
A coating with good transparence and heat insulation performances had been prepared based on nano-ATO slurry and Bayhydrol XP 2593/1. A self-assembly device for testing heat-insulation and a simplified mathematical model were established. The effect of nano-ATO dosage and film thickness on heat insulation performance were studied. And the results indicated under iodine-tungsten lamp, at nano-ATO/PU weight ratio of 1 : 15, the rear temperature differ- ence of transparent glass and empty glass could reach more than 10℃, the temperature difference of air inside the wood box was about 6℃, and the temperature difference of bottom board was 4℃.
