摘要
本文分析了2000年《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》提出的教育目标的优势和局限性,然后参考国内外学者对外语人才教育目标的分类与概括,结合我国二语习得和外语教育领域的最新研究成果,在教育目标分类学的基础上构建了一个复合型外语人才的跨语言跨文化交际能力教育目标框架。这一跨语言跨文化交际能力教育目标框架由知识、技能、元认知和自我系统构成。
This paper gives an analysis of the advantages and limitations of the educational objectives in English Teaching Syllabus for English Majors issued in 2000, examines the educational objectives proposed by scholars at home and abroad, and proposes a new educational objective framework of translingual and transcultural competence for interdisciplinary foreign language majors based on the taxonomy of educational objectives and the recent achieve- ments in second language acquisition research and foreign language education. The new framework of educational ob- jectives consists of knowledge, skills, metacognition and self system.
