基于干细胞的“脏腑之精”理论内涵研究 被引量:25

摘要 根据前期提出的"干细胞具先天之精属性,是先天之精在细胞层次的存在形式",认为脏腑之精不只是来自后天之精,而是由先天之精与后天之精结合而成,总由肾所藏。脏腑之精催动各脏腑自身发育成熟。正常脏腑之精的功能体现在干细胞不同发育阶段的后代参与自身的更新以维持稳定的状态;损伤情况下,作为脏腑之精的干细胞对自身有修复作用,并可在各脏腑之间相互转输起全身性修复作用。
