摘要
为实现将装配线所需物料适时适量地送达正确工位的准时生产目标,以配送成本最小为目标函数,满足牵引车车载量、工位时间窗等约束,分析并提出带缓存区准时配送方式下的牵引车配送路径模型,并设计混合量子进化算法求解。实例计算及与遗传算法、混合粒子群算法的比较结果表明:应用混合量子进化算法可以快速求解带缓存区准时配送方式下的牵引车配送路径模型,为制造企业带缓存区准时配送方式下装配线的牵引车配送路径问题提供了可参考模型和算法。
Aiming at the realization of just-in-time.production to supply the right amount of required materials to right stations on time , taking the minimum distribution costs as the objective function and meeting with the constrains on vehicle volume in tractors and on time window at stations, a just-in-time delivery solution with Shimoji tractor delivery path model and buffer area is set forth through analysis and this solution is found by the designed hybrid quantum-evolution algorithm. Comparative results between the sample calculations and genetic algorithms, hybrid particle swarm algorithm show that :The application of hybrid quantum evolution algorithm can solve the tractor delivery path model in just-in-time delivery mode with buffer area in a quickly way and can provide a reference model and algorithms for the manufacturing enterprises to find a solution on the tractor delivery path model under just-in-time delivery mode with buffer area.
