摘要
开发了一套以PC机为硬件平台、以LabVIEW软件为开发平台,配合必要的传感器、信号调理器和数据采集卡组成的振动测试和分析系统。该系统具备数据采集、处理分析和结果显示的功能,用户可以在计算机上对汽车的振动信号进行模块化的操作。软件功能主要有信号采集、历史数据读取、数据滤波、信号分析等。该系统性能稳定,功能全面,操作简单、具有良好的扩展性和较高的性价比。
A set of vibration measurement and analysis system was researched. It took the PC as the hardware platform and the LabVIEW as the software platform, coordinating with necessary sensors, signal conditioning and data acquisition card to constitute of the whole system. It has data collection, processing analysis and results show function. The users can carry on modular operation to the vibration signal of vehicle on the computer. Software function mainly includes signal acquisition, historical data access, data-ill- tering, signal analysis and so on. The system is stable, full-featured and easy to operate; it has good scalability and high performance with low cost.
