摘要
在嵌入式WinCE.NET环境中,提出了一种基于Modubus协议的流量标准装置控制系统的设计方案,通过RS-485总线实现Wincon-8031与下位机(PLC和二次仪表)信息交换,获取流量计校验过程中的系统参数(温度、压力、电压、电流等)、控制标志信号和被校验流量计的脉冲数、校验时间,以及向PLC下传设定参数和命令信号;给出了采用VB.NET2003实现Wincon8000与智能仪表通信的方法。在实际项目中得到了成功应用,验证了它的可靠性和稳定性。
This paper presented a desing for the control system of flow calibration facilities that used Modbus as the communi- cation protocol via the RS -485 network in embedded WinCE. NET environment. The desing realized the information exchange be- tween Wincon -8031 and multiple slaves (PLC, second instruments). The Wincon -8031 can obtain the system parameters (tem- perature, pleasure, voltage, current, etc. ), control flag signals and the test data of instrument calibrated during the process of meter calibration, and send command to the PLC. The implementation method of communication between Wincon - 8031 and second in- struments using the VB. NET 2003 was given. The actual project has been successfully applied to verify its reliability and stability.
