摘要
以150 t打包机压头为例,在Pro/E MECHANICA模块下对机械结构进行静力学分析,结合应力分析﹑形变分析和制造加工中的工艺要求,对该机构进行优化,得到合适尺寸,同时满足机器正常工作要求,节约材料,并且较易加工制造,从而达到降低成本的目的。
As example the 150-tons packing machine ,this paper presented and analysed the static analysis of the packing machine based on the Pro/E MECHANICA module. Integrated stress analysis and displacement analysis with the technological requirements of practical manufacturing to optimized the structure of the packing machine. After optimizing, the size of machine decreased as well as the materials while meeting its normal working requirements. Simultaneously, the manufacturing becoming easier and the cost decreased.
