摘要
采用正交试验方法研究了影响混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的主要因素,以优选混凝土配合比为基础,考察了石粉含量对胶凝材料水化性能及混凝土抗折强度和耐磨性能的影响,结果表明:提高石粉含量不仅降低了胶凝材料体系的最大放热速率,且延迟了最大放热速率出现的时间;混凝土抗折强度和耐磨性能随石粉含量增加先提高后降低,在石粉含量为10%时抗折强度和耐磨性能达最大值,在石粉含量为3%-13%的范围内范围内,机制砂混凝土的抗折强度和耐磨性能均优于河砂混凝土试件。
The main factors which influenced the concrete flexural strength and compressive strength were investigated by using orthogonal test method.Based on the orthogonal test results the influence of stone dust content on cementitious hydration properties, concrete flexural strength and abrasion resistance were studied, the results showed that the maximal heat release rate and its corresponding time decreased with increasing the stone dust content in cementitious.The compressive strength and abrasion resistance increased first and then decreased with increasing the stone dust content in manufactured sand,it reached the maximal value when the stone dust content was 10%.In the ranges of 3%~13% ,the concrete compressive strength and abrasion resistance which using manufactured sand were higher than that using river sand.
