陶瓷流延颗粒排列的三维模型研究

摘要 陶瓷颗粒易在流延成形过程中产生取向性排列,使得流延坯体本身在烧结后容易出现收缩各向异性。建立了三维椭球模型来定量研究陶瓷颗粒的排列取向性,发现在流延坯体中颗粒排列取向明显,且颗粒形态比与三维形状因子间呈指数函数关系,颗粒的各向异性率和三维形状因子之间呈线性关系。 Anisotropic sintering shrinkage in ceramics tape casting is as a result of oriented particels in the shear field. Quantitative analysis on oriented particles based on the three-dimensional spheroidal model. The results show that, particleisr aspect ratio is a simple exponential function of three-dimensional shape factor, and the linear relation between particlers aspect ratio and three-dimensional shape faetor is good.
