摘要
对螺旋锚技术的应用及类型进行了介绍,给出了螺旋锚的浅层锚、深层锚的抗拔力理论计算公式。对甘肃某湿陷性黄土强夯地基处理后的工地,根据浅层土工试验及原位测试提供的土层参数,进行了抗拔力计算,并同实际单锚、双锚抗拔试验进行对比,验证计算结果的可靠性。采用螺旋锚反力法共进行了800多台静载试验,提出各种类型的螺旋锚反力支架,介绍了螺旋锚反力法静载试验经济、快速、安全、承载力高、节能环保、技术成熟等优点,最后总结了采用螺旋锚反力法静载试验需要注意的问题,可指导类似反力装置的安装和使用。
This paper briefly introduces the screw anchor technology,its application and its advantages.The pullout capacities of both shallow and deep anchors are also provided in this paper.These formulas were applied in designing the reaction for a static plate load testing program at a collapsible loess site treated by the dynamic compaction.The soil parameters used in the pullout predictions were obtained from the test boring information and laboratory test results.The predicted values for both single and double anchors were verified with the onsite pullout test results.So far,the screw anchors has successfully provided reactions for more than 800 static plate loading tests.
