急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞中BAG-1及Bcl-2蛋白的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨急性白血病(AL)患者骨髓单个核细胞中BAG-1和Bcl-2蛋白的表达及意义。方法:用免疫细胞化学SP染色法分别检测初治AL患者(112例)、急性白血病完全缓解(AL-CR)患者(57例)、急性白血病难治复发(RRAL)患者(29例)及正常对照者(20例)的骨髓单个核细胞中BAG-1及Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果:4组间BAG-1及Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(χ2=61.795、37.866,P<0.001),初治AL组和RRAL组中2者的阳性表达率均高于AL-CR组和正常对照组(P<0.001)。初治AL患者骨髓单个核细胞中BAG-1蛋白阳性表达率与白细胞计数及髓外浸润有关(χ2=16.336、19.289,P<0.001),且BAG-1与Bcl-2的表达呈正关联(rP=0.587,P<0.001)。结论:BAG-1可能协同Bcl-2参与了急性白血病的发生发展。 Aim:To explore the BAG-1 and Bcl-2 expressions in bone marrow mononuclear cells from patients with acute leukemia(AL).Methods:The expressions of BAG-1 and Bcl-2 in bone marrow mononuclear cells were detected by SP immunocytochemical staining assay in untreated AL group(112 cases),AL complete remission(AL-CR) group(57 cases),relapsing and refractory AL(RRAL) group(29 cases),and normal control group(20 cases).Results:There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of BAG-1 and Bcl-2 proteins among the 4 groups(χ^2=61.795,37.866,P〈0.001),and the positive rates of the two proteins in untreated AL group and RRAL group were significantly higher than those in AL-CR group and normal control group(P〈0.001).In untreated group,there was a marked relation between the expression of BAG-1 and the number of WBC in peripheral blood or leukemic infiltration(χ^2=16.336,19.289,P〈0.001),and BAG-1 positive rate was associated with Bcl-2(rP=0.587,P〈0.001).Conclusion:BAG-1 combined with Bcl-2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of AL.
