摘要
针对易起泡物料在蒸发浓缩过程中经常出现"爆沸"的问题,提出了一种新型的蒸发室结构。利用STAR-CCM+软件对新型蒸发室进液支管出口的气含率及其随支管入口流速、入口气液比、支管管径的变化特性进行了模拟。结果表明,气含率径向分布均匀程度随着支管管径和入口气液比的增加而先增加后降低,随着支管入口流速的增加而降低;大气泡在支管出口形成细小均匀的气泡,能够降低"爆沸"发生的倾向。
For the frothing material usually cause "bumping" during the evaporation process, a new type of evaporation chamber was been proposed .Using STARCCM + software to do numerical simulation for gas holdup distribution in outlet of the neotype evaporation chamber liquid inlet branch pipe and its correlative factors.They included branch pipe inlet velocity, inlet gasliquid ratio, branch pipe diameter, branch pipe length. The results showed that the uniformity of gas holdup radial distribution was increasing and then decreasing with the diameter of branch pipe and gas-liquid ratio of liquid inlet increasing. And it was decreasing with the velocity of branch pipe inlet decreasing. That large bubbles formed little and uniform bubbles could reduce the tendency of "bumping".
