摘要
针对目前我国安全培训的发展现状和存在问题,分析了企业的最佳安全投入及合理分配问题,总结了企业安全培训教育低效的原因,从法规、制度的建设、体系的完善、培训方式方法的改善等方面提出相应的对策。从加强政府部门的宏观管理,促进培训机构的合理建设与发展,提高企业对安全培训工作的重视程度,合理进行分层次培训等视角对安全培训问题进行研究和探讨。
In the light of thedevelopment status problems of safety training in our country, analyses the best safety input and enterprise rational distribution, summarizes the reason of safety training education inefficient. From the instruction of regulation and system, the perfection of system, the improvement of training way and method, etc. some corresponding countermeasures are proposed. Research and discuss Safety training issues about strengthening of the macro- management of the government department, promoting the construction and development of training organization properly, improving the recognition degree of safety training to enterprise, making proper multi-level training.
