摘要
教师是学校发展的第一要素,没有教师的发展,也就没有学校教育的发展。高等院校的教师队伍建设,是一项艰难而系统的大工程,是高校建设中长期而又基础性的工作。高校的教师队伍是为社会输送人才的直接动力,高校必须把教师队伍建设放在首位。煤炭高校在"文革"期间受到重创,教师队伍也遭到了强烈的冲击,改革开放之后,经过党的政策和学校的自身努力,教师队伍发生了明显的变化,但是还存在着很多不足,煤炭高校即要求教师具有高水平的理论知识,又要求丰富的经验和专业技能,还要求教师能够及时掌握产业技术进步的新内容。但是,我国目前煤炭高校的教师队伍现状并没有达到这些要求,文章就如何提高煤炭高校教师队伍建设进行浅显的分析。
The teacher is the first element in the development of the school. If there is no teacher＇s development, there would not be the development of the school education. The construction of the teaching body of a college is a big engineering which is hard and system. It is a longterm and basic work in colleges＇ construction. Colleges teaching body is a directly power to transmit talents for the society. Colleges and universities must put the construction of the teaching body in the first place. Coal colleges and universities were destroyed during the ＂ cultural revolution＂. Teachers have also been strongly impacted. After the reform and opening, through the policy of the party and the school＇s own efforts, the notable changes of the teaching body have taken place. But there are so many shortcomings. Coal colleges not only ask teachers to have a high level of theoretical knowledge, and also ask for the rich experience and professional skills. They require teachers to master the new content of the industrial technology development in time. But, at present, our coal colleges＇ teachers don＇t meet these requirements. This paper briefly analyzes on how to improve the construction of the coal college teaching body.
