摘要
针对当前车辆超载的情况及我国沥青路面的主要结构形式,分析车辆超载对半刚性基层沥青路面结构路表弯沉、弯拉应力、使用寿命的影响。数值计算结果表明:随着超载率的增加,弯沉和弯拉应力逐渐超过容许值;车辆超载使道路在使用年限内承受的累计标准轴次大大减少,导致路面使用寿命明显缩短。超载车辆对道路的一次性破坏作用使得通过疲劳破坏设计出的道路无法满足实际交通需求。
Considering the situation of overloading and the main structure of asphalt pavement, the paper analyzes the influence of vehicle overloading on surface deflection, bending stress, and service life of semi-rigid asphalt pavement. The results show that: with the increasing of overloading rate, the settlement and bending stress gradually exceed the allowable value, the cumulative standard axle times withstood by pavement reduced during service life which results in the significantly shortening of service life. One-time destroy made by overloading vehicles leads to the pavement structure designed according to fatigue damage can not meet the actual traffic demand.
