摘要
分析了承钢150 t转炉炼钢动态控制模型的理论基础,引入了脱碳系数,研究了脱碳系数与液面高度、底吹流量和造渣量的关系,提出通过脱碳系数的调整可实现炼钢模型与终点碳含量的精确控制。
It is analyzed the theoretic base of dynamic control model for 150 t converter steelmaking in Cheng Steel, the decarburization index introduced, studied the relations between the index and liquid height, bottom flow and slag quantity, proposed that the precise control of steelmaking model and end carbon content can be realized by means of adjusting the decarburization index.
