摘要
采用离子色谱法分析了工业一氯乙酸钠产品的组成,建立了工业一氯乙酸钠的质量监测方法,选择了合适的分析条件。实验结果表明,工业一氯乙酸钠产品中除含有一氯乙酸钠外,还含有氯化钠、乙醇酸钠和二氯乙酸钠等物质;一次进样可同时监控这4种组分,同时分别建立了这4种组分的标准工作曲线,线性相关系数均大于0.999,氯化钠、乙醇酸钠、二氯乙酸钠的理论检出下限分别为2.0,3.6,9.2μg/L;以KOH溶液为淋洗液,在淋洗液流量1.00 mL/min、KOH溶液初始浓度13.6 mmol/L的梯度淋洗条件下,4种组分的回收率为99.4%~110.3%,相对标准偏差为0.738%~4.711%。该方法具有灵敏、准确、简便和省时等优点。工业一氯乙酸钠产品长期储存于潮湿及较高温度下会变质,建议购买的工业一氯乙酸钠应尽快使用或存储于密封荫凉的地方。
The composition of industrial sodium monochloroacetate was analyzed by ion chromatography,an industrial sodium monochloroacetate quality monitoring method was established and the analysis conditions were optimized.It was revealed that the industrial sodium monochloroacetate contained sodium chloride,sodium glycollate and sodium dichloroacetate.A single sample injection could simultaneously detect the four components quantitatively.Four linear calibration curves were obtained with all the correlation coefficients more than 0.999,and the theoretical detection limits of sodium chloride,sodium glycollate and sodium dichloroacetate were 2.0,3.6 and 9.2 μg/L,respectively.The average recovery reached 99.4%-110.3%,and the relative standard deviations of the four components were in the range of 0.738%-4.711% under the gradient elution conditions of KOH leachate flowrate 1.00 mL/min and the initial KOH concentration 13.6 mmol/L.The result of quality controlling for the industrial sodium monochloroacetate showed that it should not be stored at high temperature and in wet environment.
