摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-14(MMP-14)mRNA在胃腺癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法以56例胃腺癌标本作为观察组,30例正常胃黏膜组织作为对照组,采用实时定量聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测MMP-14mRNA的表达及其与胃癌不同临床病理特征之间的关系,并探讨其预后价值。结果 MMP-14mRNA在胃腺癌中的表达明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,MMP-14mRNA在胃癌不同浸润深度、不同分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及不同临床分期的表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经生存分析,胃腺癌中MMP-14mRNA表达与患者预后相关。结论 MMP-14mRNA在胃腺癌中高表达,MMP-14mR-NA在胃腺癌的发生、发展中可能具有重要作用,术后检测MMP-14mRNA可能对判断胃腺癌的预后有重要价值。 Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-14(MMP-14) mRNA,and to investigate its significance on occurrence,development and metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods The study included 56 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma as observation group and 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues as control group.We detected the expression of MMP-14 mRNA to investigate and its relation with different clinical characters and prognostic value.Results The expression of MMP-14 mRNA was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The expression of MMP-14 mRNA was correlated with depth,differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stages.The survival analysis showed that the expression of MMP-14 mRNA was correlated with the patient′ s prognosis.Conclusion The higher-expression of MMP-14 mRNA may promote the occurrence and development of gastric adenocarcinoma.The expression of MMP-14 mRNA may be helpful to predict the prognosis in gastric adenocarcinoma.
