摘要
目的探讨调节性T细胞(Treg)在ITP患者发病中的作用机制及其与PAIgG之间的相关性。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM)分别检测ITP患者和健康体检者外周血CD 4+CD 25highCD 127dimTreg细胞占CD 4+T细胞比例及PAIgG的表达水平。结果 ITP组CD 4+CD 25highCD 127dimTreg细胞比例较正常对照组明显下降(P<0.05);ITP组PAIgG表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);Treg细胞与PAIgG之间呈负相关(r=-0.57,P<0.05)。结论 ITP患者CD 4+CD 25highCD 127dimTreg细胞水平显著下降,免疫抑制作用减弱,引起自身反应性T、B细胞活化增殖,T细胞亚群改变,PAIgG产生增加,并最终导致ITP发病。
Objective To evaluate the role of CD 4 ~ CD 25hishcD 127dim regulatory T cells (Treg) in ITP and the association with PAIgG. Method With FCM, we examed the pecentage of CD 4 + CD 25high CD 127aim regulatory T ceils in CD 4 + T cells and the level of PAIgG in peripheral blood. Results The pecentage of Treg in peripheral blood of patients with ITP was significantly lower than that in healthy control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The level of PAIgG in patients group was higher than that in healthy control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The pe- centage of Treg cells was negatively correlated with the level of PAIg ( r = - 0.57, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In patients with ITP. The pecentage of Treg reduced, effection of immunosuppression abated, autoreaetive T, B cells activated and proliferated, T cell subsets changed, the production PAIgG increased, eventually led to the onset of ITP.
