摘要
面临全球市场竞争加剧的压力和国内市场支撑不足的困扰,"十一五"期间我国光伏产业却取得了爆发式增长,已成为我国为数不多的、可以同步参与国际竞争、并有望达到国际领先水平的行业。为提升我国光伏产业的国际市场竞争力,切实成为"中国制造"的表率,"十二五"期间应积极加快培育光伏产业的系统集成者、构建技术创新体系、启动国内光伏发电市场、建立和完善行业标准体系。
Contrary to the pressure of the global market competition and the puzzle about domestic market's insufficient support,China's PV industry has achieved explosive growth during the 11th Five-Year period,which has become one of the few industries that can simultaneously participate in international competition and is expected to reach the international leading level.For enhancing the competitiveness in the international market while setting an good example of 'China Manufacture' in the next Five-Year plan,China's PV industry needs to accelerate the cultivation of PV industry system integrator,construct the technology innovation system,start and develop domestic PV market,establish and improve the industry standards system.
