摘要
为全面提高人才培养质量,要结合学校学科专业发展和地方教育的优势与人才需求,在全校范围内进行人才培养模式和课程体系改革,深化学分制改革,推广网络教学,加强质量工程项目建设,完善科学评价教学质量体系;要通过进一步加强实践教学等系统改革工程,从学生的就业出口出发,培养具有博雅精神和完善知识结构的复合型人才,实现一专多能的培养目标,使人才培养质量明显提高、效果显著。
To speed up the cultivation model and teaching system reform and comprehensively enhance the quality of talent cultivation,with our professional development and educational advantages and talent demands taken into consideration,the talent cultivating model and course system reform should be implemented at the college level,our credit reform be deepened,the network teaching be promoted,the quality construction of engineering project be strengthened and the scientific evaluation system of teaching quality be improved.And the practice teaching system reform should be strengthened from the perspectives of student employment,the cultivation of talents with liberal spirit and sound knowledge structure,the realization of the cultivation objective of ″mastering many skills while specializing in one″ and the apparent improvement of the cultivation quality with remarkable results.
