摘要
针对食品营养学课程教学中存在的问题,阐述了在教学内容和教学方法的改进,同时对提高教师素质及推进课堂和课外相结合、实践教学环节的改革等方面进行的探索。课程改革后,提高了学生的学习水平,取得了较好的教学效果。
Aiming at the existent problems in teaching of processing food nutriology,the improvement of teaching method and content of courses is dissertated.Meanwhile,promoting the teacher quality and the combination of classroom and extracurricular,and reform in practicality of teaching is explored.After course reform,students' achievements are increased, and a better teaching effect is achieved.
