摘要
目的:探讨超声强化提取玉屏风总糖的最佳工艺条件,比较玉屏风总糖的复方和单方提取的优劣。方法:利用正交设计试验确定玉屏风总糖最佳提取工艺,与常规提取方法进行比较,并比较玉屏风总糖的复方整体和单方提取率。结果:结果表明最佳工艺条件为固液比1∶20,超声温度55℃,超声时间20 min,此优化条件下,复方玉屏风总糖的提取率为14.25%,浸渍180 min的提取率为5.44%,常规搅拌180 min的提取率为7.35%。结论:与传统提取方法 (浸渍法和搅拌法)比较,超声提取具有省时、节能、高效等优点,为现代药企进行大规模、高效率的生产提供了充分条件。
Objective:To investigate optimum extraction technology conditions of polysaccharides from Yupingfeng by ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and to compare extraction rate of polysaccharides between compound extraction and unilateral extraction.Method:Optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal design test,compared with traditional extraction technology,and compared extraction rate of polysaccharides from Yupingfeng by compound extraction and unilateral extraction.Result: Result showed that optimum technology conditions were:ultrasound temperature 55 ℃,ratio of solid-liquid 1∶20,ultrasonic time 20 min,under these optimum conditions,extraction rate of polysaccharides from Yupingfeng was 14.25%,extraction rate of impregnation method was 5.44% in 180 min,extraction rate of conventional mixing method was 7.35%.Conclusion: Compared with traditional extraction methods(impregnation method and mixing method),ultrasonic extraction had some advantages,such as time-saving,energy saving,high efficiency and so on.It offered sufficient conditions for large-scale and efficient production of modern medicine enterprises.
