贫煤混煤特性对1025t/h锅炉q_4和供电煤耗的影响

Effect of Blended Lean Coal on q_4 Loss and Power Supply Coal Consumption of 1025t/h Boilers

摘要 对2010年某电厂2台亚临界1 025 t/h煤粉锅炉的混煤运行数据进行了计算与分析,得到了混煤的燃料比FR、燃尽度指数BOI、干燥无灰基挥发分Vdaf对锅炉的固体不完全燃烧损作q4和电厂的供电煤耗增加值Δb的影响规律。计算结果表明:随着Vdaf的提高,FR的变化范围是7.3~3.2;BOI的变化范围是3.2~5.5。Δb的变化范围是17~7.0 g/(kW.h)。随着BOI的提高,灰渣含碳量、q4以及由灰渣含碳量引起的Δb降低。q4随着灰渣含碳量的提高而线性提高;Δb随着q4的提高而线性提高。 Based on the analytical calculation of the blended coal operation data of two sub-critical 1025t/h pulverized coal boilers in 2010,this paper obtains the rule how Fuel Ratio(FR),Burnout Index(BOI) and volatile content on dry ash free basis(Vdaf) influence the solid unburned loss(q4) and the added value of power supply coal consumption(Δb).As the calculation results reveal,with the increase of Vdaf,FR ranges from 7.3 to 3.2;BOI changes from 3.2 to 5.5;Δb varies from 17 g/(kW·h) to 7.0 g/(kW·h).In addition,with the increase of BOI,the carbon content of ash and slag,q4 loss and the correspondingΔb reduce;q4 loss increases linearly with the improvement of carbon content of ash and slag;while Δb rises linearly with q4 loss increase.
