超声观察妊娠高血压孕妇的肾脏大小及肾皮质回声的改变被引量：2

摘要目的探讨妊娠高血压孕妇的肾脏大小及肾实质的超声特征改变。方法应用彩色多普勒超声(彩超)测量、观察妊娠高血压孕妇100例的肾脏大小及肾实质回声,并与正常孕妇108例做对照分析。结果妊娠高血压组孕妇双肾大小、形态、皮质回声均有改变,其双肾大小小于对照组(P<0.05);双肾形态改变与皮质回声高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用彩超测量、观察孕妇双肾大小、形态及皮质回声有助于临床上对妊娠高血压孕妇双肾损害及损害程度的判定,为临床医生提供可靠的诊断依据。
