刨头上不同位置刨刀的随机载荷模拟研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究刨头的受力和刨煤机的载荷特征,根据随机过程和概率统计理论建立了刨刀刨煤过程随机载荷的数学模型,利用编制的计算机程序对刨煤机刨头上不同位置刨刀的随机载荷进行了模拟研究,获得了各位置刨刀的载荷变化规律及其统计值。结果表明,各处刨刀的刨削力、进刀力和侧向力的均值自小到大依次为腰刀、掏槽刀、顶刀、底刀,其中底刀所受的刨削力、进刀力和侧向力最大,分别为腰刀的3.41、3.42和1.47倍,底刀三向载荷变差系数分别为0.58245、0.33081、0.20653,载荷波动也最大,所以底刀损坏最严重。模拟结果与实际情况相符,证明研究方法实用可行,为刨头及整机载荷谱的研究提供了理论依据。 In order to research forces on a plough head and load characteristics of a plough, mathematic models of random loads on plow tools at different locations on a plough head are presented by using theory of stochastic process and probability statistics. Random loads are simulated and studied with a prepared computer program, then the changing regularity of random load on plow tools at different locations and its statistical values are obtained. Results show that the magnitude of means of planing forces, feed forces and lateral forces on plow tools at different locations are in the following order: middle plow tool 、slotting plow tool、top plow tool、foot plow tool. The planing force, feed force and lateral force on foot plow tool are 3.41, 3.42 and 1.47 times compared with those on middle plow tool. Variation coefficients of the three forces on foot plow tool are 0.58245 、0.33081、0.20653, so it has the largest load fluctuation and is seriously damaged. These simulation results match with the fact, which proves the research method practical and feasible and provides a theory basis for studying the load spectrum on plow head and plough.
