摘要
合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设主要涉及五个方面,即企业反竞争情报组织建设、完善企业反竞争情报流程、企业反竞争情报制度建设、企业反竞争情报技术措施运用以及企业反竞争情报文化建设。实证研究表明,试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设水平总体处于中等水平。从试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设水平的五个一级指标来看,除企业反竞争情报制度建设水平达到良好等次外,其他四项指标的建设水平均处于中等水平。研究认为,试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设应在完善制度建设的同时,进一步加强企业反竞争情报组织建设、完善企业反竞争情报流程、采取针对性的企业反竞争情报技术措施,丰富企业反竞争情报文化建设的内涵。
The scientific and technological enterprises' counter competitive intelligence system construction of Hefei - Wuhu - Bengbu independent innovation Comprehensive experimental area includes such five aspects as the enterprises' counter competitive intelligence organization construction, the enterprises' counter competitive intelligence process perfection, the system construction, the technology measures utilization as well as the culture construction. The empirical research shows that the level of the scientific and technological enterprise' s counter competitive intelligence system construction is in the mid -level. Considering the five first- level indicators of the scientific and technological enterprise' s counter competitive intelligence system construction, the level of the enterprise counter competitive intelligence system construction is to reach good grades, other four indicators are in the medium level. The study suggests that besides perfecting the system construction, Hefei - Wuhu - Bengbu independent innovation Comprehensive experimental area should strengthen the enterprises' counter competitive intelligence organization construction, perfect the enterprises' counter competitive intelligence flow, adopt the pertinency enterprises' counter competitive intelligence technoloav measures, enrich the connotaion of the enter-prises' culture construction of counter competitive intelligence.
