DSP在超精密CNC系统中的应用

摘要 超精密数控系统由于极高的精度指标和大量的插补运算,对伺服控制系统的运算能力提出了很高的要求。数字信号处理器(DSP)基于高效的运算能力、良好的开发环境支持,在超精密数控系统中获得了成功的应用。现对超精密数控系统中DSP的应用进行了分析研究。 This paper gives some research and analysis about DSP application in super-precise NC system. Super-precise NC system throws high command on calculating capacity of step-response controller due to its extreme precision indexes and large amount of interpolation. Digital Signal Processor (DSP) which is based on efficient calculating, fine developing environment is successfully applied in super-precise NC system.
