摘要 建立钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构有限元模型,对其进行静力学分析。首先分析了剪力铰对钢轨和浮置板垂向位移的影响;其次分析了弹簧支座间距对浮置板应力和弯矩分布的影响;最后计算了不同扣件刚度和支座刚度组合时浮置板轨道结构的变形和受力,为今后优化钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构的设计提供了理论依据。 A three-dimension finite element model is constructed for the static analysis of spring floating slab track. Firstly,the effect of shearing hinge on rail and the vertical deviation of floating slab are analyzed; secondly, the effect of space between spring supports on the distribution of floating slab stress and moment is analyzed: finally the floating slab deformation and stress distribution is calculated under various kinds of fastener's stiffness and spring support stiffness,so as to provide a theoretical support for the improvement of spring floating slab design.
