摘要
目的探讨同步放化疗在局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(LA-NSCLC)中应用的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选择2009年1月至2011年3月收治的53例不能手术的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用同步放化疗治疗,设为治疗组;另选择本院同期收治的LA-NSCLC患者48例为对照组,采用放射治疗,对比评价两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果两组患者经治疗后治疗组总有效率为58.5%,对照组总有效率为41.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论局部晚期非小细胞肺癌应用同步放化疗综合治疗,近、远期疗效优于单纯放疗的患者,不良反应患者能耐受,均能完成治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in local advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Our hospital from January 2009 to March 2011 treated 53 patients with inoperable local advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with concurrent chemoradiation therapy as the treatment group;In our hospital over the same period of LA-NSCLC patients treated the control group 48 cases,the use of radiation therapy,were evaluated comparing the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results Two groups of patients after treatment total effective rate was 58.5%,in the control group the total effective rate was 41.7%,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Topical application of advanced non-small cell lung cancer concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for the past,long-term efficacy is superior to radiotherapy alone,patients with adverse reactions can tolerate,be able to complete treatment.
