摘要
文章主要探讨了高压架空线路施工的故障排除及安全管理问题,提出了从基础管理工作抓起,从源头抓起的方法,来加强安全风险辨识与控制能力,从管理层和执行层角度出发,对人员及设备危险点进行预控。
This paper mainly discusses the construction of high voltage overhead lines, troubleshooting and safety management problem, put forward start from the basic management work,grab from fountainhead method,to strengthen safety risk identification and control ability,and from the management layer and execution layer view,to pre-control the personnel and equipment danger point.
