摘要
火电厂燃煤中的无机成分在燃烧过程中产生具有气体、液体和固体形式的无机物,常常导致SCR催化剂的中毒、失效,以及SCR系统堵塞等。针对内蒙古东部地区褐煤,开发了具有自主知识产权的SCR催化剂,并进行了试验研究。结果显示,新的SCR催化剂具有良好的脱硝效率和较强的抗毒能力,但脱硝效率和中毒速度与催化剂本身设计和系统运行密切相关。
The inorganic components contained in fuel coal of thermal power plants,in the combustion process,produce inorganic matters in gas,liquid,and solid forms,commonly leading to poisoning and failure of SCR catalyst,resulting in blockage of SCR system etc..Directing against the lignite coal produced in eastern area of Inner Mongolian Region,a SCR catalyst boasting independent intellectural property right has been developed,and midterm test and study being carried out.Result show that the newly developed SCR catalyst has good denitrification efficiency and stronger anti-poisoning ability,however,the denitrification efficiency and the poisoning speed of catalyst are closely related to the design of catalyst proper and the system operation.
