摘要
从煤泥水的性质出发,探讨了煤泥水中颗粒凝聚和絮凝机理,研究出凝聚剂和絮凝剂合理的加药顺序及最佳药剂量配比,达到了加速煤泥水在浓缩机中的沉降、降低溢流浓度和实现洗水闭路循环之目的。
Based on the properties of the coal slime water,the mechanism of flocculation and coagulation of particles in coal slime water was discussed,and the reasonable feeding sequence and optimum dosage ratio was obtained.The purposes of accelerating the subsidence of coal slime water in the thickener,reducing the thickness of overflow and realizing the wash water closed circuit circulation were achieved.
