摘要
该文介绍生物传感器概念、工作原理、分类及特点,综述生物传感器在食品安全快速检测中应用,分析目前生物传感器研究、开发及其在食品安全快速检测应用中存在主要问题、发展趋势,并对生物传感器在食品安全快速检测研究、应用及产业化提出一些建议。
This paper briefly introduced the definition, operational principle, classification and distinguishing feature of biosensor. The utilization of biosensors in rapid detection of food safety was reviewed. The main existing problems and developing trend of biosensors research, development and utilization in food safety were analyzed, some constructive suggestions were put forward in the end of this paper.
