摘要
文章针对现代电力电容器普遍采用的极板凸出和折边结构,使用简化的电路模型求解极板边缘绝缘中的电场分布,给出了表达边缘电场的一些概念和计算电场分布的一些公式,还给出了极板边缘电容的计算公式。极板边缘绝缘中的电场分布极不均匀,最大场强出现在极板边缘的表面上,其值等于平均场强与电场畸变系数的乘积,随着至极板边缘的距离加大,遵循指数函数规律迅速衰减为零。这些概念和公式有助于对边缘电场的认识和理解,能够对电容器的结构设计﹑性能分析和制造工艺提供理论指导。
In the article, for the structure with extendinL out and flanging foil in current power capacitor, the simplified circuit model is adopted to solve electric-field distribution in the insulation near the foil edge, the conceptions that indicating electric-field distribution and the formula of calcu- lation of electric-field distribution are given. The electric-field distribution in the insulation of foil edge is extremely not even, and the maximum field value equals to the product of average field strength strength is on the surface of the foil edge and its and distortion factor. With increase of distance to the foil edge, it is decayed quickly to zero by following component function. Those conceptions and formula are helpful to know and understand edge electric-field and provide theoretical guide to the structure design, performance analysis and manufacturing process of power capacitor, and, at the same time, calculation formula of edge capacitance is also given.
