摘要
在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上测试了ZG80CrMnMo钢的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并检测了不同冷却速度下转变产物的显微组织和硬度。研究了以1℃/s至45℃/s冷速连续冷却时的组织转变规律。结果表明,CCT曲线明显右移,珠光体和贝氏体转变被抑制,在所研究的冷却范围内容易得到马氏体+残余奥氏体组织。所测得的ZG80CrMnMo钢的CCT曲线可为生产马氏体钢提供参考。
The CCT(Continuous Cooling Transformation) curve of ZG80CrMnMo steel was measured on Gleeble-1500 thermal trial simulator,the microstructure and hardness of transformation products under different cooling velocities were observed.The structure transformation regularity with being cooled continuously were emphatically researched at the cooling rate form 1℃/s to 45 ℃/s.The results show that CCT curve shift to the right,pearlite and bainite transformation are inhibited,martensite and residual austenite can easier-to-obtain within the studied of scope cooling rate.The CCT curve of ZG80CrMnMo steel can provide a instruction for producing martensitic steels.
