颅内动脉瘤破裂致脑内血肿的诊治体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨颅内动脉瘤破裂并脑内血肿的手术治疗时机和方法，以提高手术疗效。方法对本院78例颅内动脉瘤破裂并脑内血肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果78例患者均在24h内直视下夹闭动脉瘤并清除血肿，3个月至9．5年随访无再出血症状发生。3个月后随访时进行GOS评分，5分58例，4分10例，3分7例，2分3例。结论对颅内动脉瘤破裂伴脑内血肿的患者早期采取显微手术，能有效改善预后。
