摘要
为了对激光冲击强化过程和材料的强化效果进行监控,提出了一种基于等离子体声波的声学诊断方法。通过利用小波包对于所探测到的等离子体声波信号进行能量分布和相关性分析,总结了等离子体声波信号的频域特征以及约束层对于声波信号的影响。
In order to monitor the process of the laser shock processing and the effect of laser shock processing on the materials,a method of plasma acoustic wave diagnosis is discussed.Analyzing the energy distribution and the relativity of the plasma acoustic wave using the wavelet packet analysis,the frequency characteristics of the plasma acoustic wave and the effect of the limiting layer on the plasma acoustic wave were concluded.
