摘要
相对于我国酒店业的飞速发展,专业人才缺口却越来越大。尽管近年来高职酒店管理及相关专业毕业生在职业选择上表现出高就业率、高专业对口率等特点,但同时也存在毕业生离职率居高不下,对工作满意度低、对职业发展普遍缺乏信心等问题。在造成学生离职的诸多因素中,心理问题往往是其他问题出现的源头。基于学生离职心理解决流失问题,关键是酒店要为毕业生创造良好的职业发展通道,完善酒店员工的绩效考核方法和报酬体系,毕业生也要建立合理的职业发展心理预期,加强对自身心理承受能力的锻炼,并不断地进行积极的心理暗示。
With the rapid development of the hotel industry in China, the demand for professionals is becoming extremely urgent. In recent years, graduates majored in hotel management and related specahies of higher vocational education schools have a higher employment rate and job suited rate, but meanwhile they are facing a series of problems, such as continued higher separation rate, lower job satisfaction and widespreadly lacking of confidence to vocational development. In many factors resulting in students' separation from job, psychological problem is always the source leading to the ap- pearance of other problems. To solve the problem of talent losses based on students' separation psychology, it is critical that the hotel should create good path of vocational development for students and perfect the performance evaluation methods and compensation system of hotel staff, while graduates should establish rational psychological expectation of vocational development, strengthen the exercise of their psychology bearing capacity and continuously proceed positive psychological hint.
