摘要
为了降低深井长封固段作业的次数,提高固井效率,研制出一种适合长封固段的缓凝剂KH,其由AMPS与IA单体进行共聚,然后再与有机酸SA进行复配而制得。AMPS能够使聚合物具有很强的耐温抗盐性能,衣康酸能使聚合物有很强的缓凝效果,再与有机酸SA复配,可以得到对温度敏感性非常小的宽温带缓凝剂,通过正交实验得到了共聚物的最佳合成方法,并用IR进行了表征,确定了共聚物的结构。实验结果表明,该缓凝剂对温度的敏感性较小,稳定性佳,对水泥浆和水泥石的综合性能无不良影响,满足固井要求。
In order to reduce the times of cementing operation in long cementing segment and to improve cementing efficiency,a retarder KH is developed,which is fist copolymerized by AMPS and IA and then mixed with organic acid SA.Throughthe crosscut experiment,the best synthesis method of copolymerization is obtained,and the structure of that is determinedby IR.The results show that KH has low sensitivity,good stability performance and no negative effect on comprehensiveperformance of cement stone,which can be used in cement job.
