摘要
深水表层固井面临着温度低、地层疏松、浅层流等技术难题,国内外研究人员在这些方面做了大量的研究,但针对深水低温水泥石的三轴力学性能的研究鲜有报道。因此,利用美国GCTS公司三轴岩石力学测试系统对密度为1.5 g/cm3的水泥石在低温条件下,不同养护期的三轴力学性能进行了分析研究。结果表明,加入防窜增强剂PC-GS12L后,深水固井水泥石在围压作用下弹性区内的力学形变能力增加,而且水泥石在围压作用下的力学形变规律表现为伪塑性。
With the growing of demand of oil and gas,exploration and development of petroleum extends from deep water toocean.Some problems,such as low temperature,undersea soft formation and shallow flow are researched overseas,but theresearch of triaxial mechanical performances of cement stone in conditions of low temperature and deepwater is seldom done.In this paper,the triaxial mechanical performances of cement stone with the density of 1.5 g/cm3 in different curing time atlow temperatures with triaxial rock mechanics test system made by GCTS.The results show that adding the anti-migrationenhancer agent PC-GS12L,the mechanical capacity of deepwater cement stone in elastic region in confining pressure andthe mechanical performance deformation law of set cement plays the role of pseudo-plastic in confining pressure.
