摘要
压裂液的破胶效果直接影响压裂液的返排和压裂施工效果。低温条件下,压裂施工破胶时间的长短主要取决于过硫酸铵分解,产生氧自由基的速率。研究了温度、pH值和还原活化剂对过硫酸铵分解速率的影响,优选出了NaOH+柠檬酸(20%)调节体系的pH,pH值为8时最适宜,活化剂的最优浓度为0.3%。该研究对于缩短压裂破胶时间,指导油气井增产具有重要的意义。
The breaking efficiency of fracturing fluid has a direct influence on the flow back of the fracturing fluid and theproduction after fracturing.In condition of low temperature,the broken time mainly depends on the rates of ammoniumpersulfate dissolution and producing oxygen free radical.In this paper,the effects of temperature,pH value and reductionactivator on the dissolution rate of ammonium persulfate are researched.It is optimized that NaOH and citric acid (20%)control the pH value (the best is 8) and the activator concentration is 0.3%,which contributes to shorten the broken time andimprove the production of the oil and gas wells.
