利胆排毒口服液抗致命性内毒素血症的理论探索和实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探索中医药治疗致命性内毒素血症新的思路和方法。方法:根据内毒素在体内代谢的途径,用利胆、排毒和增强免疫功能的中药清除血液和肠道内毒素,用清热活血药抗炎治疗微循环障碍,据此组方制备利胆排毒口服液,从整体上治疗内毒素血症。结果:初步实验结果表明,利胆排毒口服液对醋酸铅致敏的致命性内毒素血症模型小鼠的保护率为100%,对氨基半乳糖致敏的致命性内毒素血症模型小鼠的保护率为50%~80%,而病理对照组模型小鼠的死亡率均为100%。结论:利胆排毒口服液能有效地预防性治疗内毒素血症,该组方的思路对致命性内毒素血症具有有效性,但该组方尚待深入进行基础研究。 Objective:To explore a new thought and method treating lethal endotoxaemia with Chinese traditonal medicine.Methods:According to the metabolism pathways of endotoxin in body,some traditional Chinese herbs,which can benefit gallbladder,discharge toxins and enhance immune fuctions,were used to expel endotoxins in serum and intestinal tract.At the same time another type of medicines were used for anti-inflammation and curing disturbance of microcirculation with functions of clearing heat and promoting blood circulation.Based on these,Gallbladder benefiting and Toxin-expelling oral liquid was prepared to treat lethal endotoxaemia systematically.Results:The initial experiment results showed that the protection rate was 100% for the Endotoxemia model mice induced by endotoxin and sensitized lead acetate,the protection rates were 50%~80% for the Endotoxemia model mice induced by endotoxin and sensitized galactosamine,However,the mortality of the both model mice were 100% in pathological control group.Conclusion:Gallbladder-benefiting and Toxin-expelling oral liquid can effectively cure lethal Endotoxaemia and the thought of prescribing the decoction treating lethal endotoxaemia is valid.But the formula of composition needs further profound fundermental reshearches.
