磨光法在固体火箭发动机推力信号处理中的应用

摘要 火箭发动机起爆后产生的推力是火箭类武器的关键参数,在火箭发动机研制和生产中需要测试。传统的数据处理方法由于采用人工判读,存在自动化程度低、测量误差大等缺点。依据GJB770-2005标准中固体火箭发动机静止实验法的有关规定,提出了一种推力曲线磨光算法,对推力离散数据进行曲线拟合,保证了求取曲线关键点的精度。经过对实测的数据进行仿真实验,证明设计的算法结果准确,一致性好,能够满足固体火箭发动机推力测量的需要。 The thrust produced after initiation of the rocket engine is the key parameter of rockets weapons which need to be tested in development and production of the solid rocket engine.The traditional method of data processing has shortcomings such as the low automation and the large of measurement error because of using artificially reading.On the basis of using GJB770-2005 solid rocket engine static experiment,a smooth curve algorithm has been presented in this paper,the curve fitting for thrust discrete data has been done,and the critical point of curve has been calculated by unifying the related algorithm.Through simulation experiment for measurement data,it proved that the designed algorithms result is accurate and the consistency is good which can meet the current need for thrust detection of solid rocket engine.
