摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定食品中硼的方法。方法:样品经硝酸高压密闭消解,用电感耦合等离子体光谱法对硼含量进行测定。结果:方法在0 mg/L~10 mg/L范围内呈良好线性,线性系数为0.99999,方法检出限为0.44 mg/kg,6次测定的相对标准偏差小于4%,国家标准参考物质的分析结果在证书值范围内。结论:该方法灵敏准确,线性范围宽,适用于食品中硼的测定。
Objective:A method to determine boron in food was established by ICP - OES. Methods: The samples were di- gested by HNO3 in high - pressure dosed - vessel, then the solution was analyzed by ICP - OES to determine the content of bo- ron. Results: The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0 mg/L - 10 mg/L with linear coefficient of 0.99999, the detection limit was 0.44 mg/kg, relative standard deviation was below 4.0%, the result of analyzing standard material was in the range of certificate value. Conclusion: The method showed wide linear range, good precision and accuracy, it was suitable for determination of boron in food.
