摘要
妊娠合并肺动脉高压在临床较少见,造成孕产妇病死率较高;随着肺动脉高压程度的加重,心力衰竭的发生率逐渐增加。本研究报道1例妊娠合并重度肺动脉高压患者,由于肺动脉压力过高、心力衰竭而导致死亡。早期诊断和风险评估是改善妊娠合并肺动脉高压患者预后的基本措施。希望医务人员提高对妊娠合并肺动脉高压的认识,在孕早期及时发现原发性肺动脉高压及可引起继发性肺动脉高压的相关疾病,早期干预以降低孕产妇死亡率。
Pulmonary hypertension associated with pregnancy is a rare disease in clinic,which often leads to a high mortality of expectant mothers,because along with the increasing of pulmonary hypertension,the rate of heart failure will increase as well.This case report is about an expectant mother of this kind who suffered from severe pulmonary hypertension and finally died of heart failure.Early diagnosis and risk assessment is a basic measure to improve prognosis of a patient.We hope that the medical personnel should equip themselves with knowledge of pulmonary hypertension associated with pregnancy and detect primary pulmonary pressure and other diseases that may induce pulmonary pressure in patients′ early pregnancy and adopt an early intervention measurement to reduce mortality rate of the expectant mothers.
