同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌近期疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 [目的]探讨同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床价值。[方法]98例Ⅱb～Ⅲb期宫颈癌以就诊顺序随机分为同步放化疗组(A组)和单纯放疗组(B组),同步放化疗组50例,单放组48例。放疗方法两组均采用6MeV的医用直线加速器,予以根治性放射治疗(盆腔前后对穿野加腔内照射);化疗方法:同步放化疗组DDP40mg/m2/W静滴,化疗仅在外照射期间进行。[结果]治疗结束时放化疗组和单放组的有效率分别为100%和95.8%(P=0.158),完全缓解率分别为84%和66.7%(P=0.039);治疗结束后3个月放化疗组和单放组的有效率分别为100%和97.9%(P=0.158),完全缓解率分别为92%和75%(P=0.022)。放化疗组骨髓抑制及消化道反应发生率均高于单放组(P<0.05),经对症治疗后患者均可耐受。[结论]同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌可提高近期完全缓解率,急性毒副反应可以耐受,在中晚期宫颈癌的治疗中是安全可行的。
