摘要
本文对地方性甲状腺肿流行区供应含碘食盐后出生的弱智者16人,进行了非损伤性心脏检查,发现4例心电图有可疑性改变,各项心脏功能指标均显著低于正常人。与非流行区原发性甲状腺功能减退组比较,平均射血速度和左室重量指数均显著降低。本文并对病理机制进行了探讨。
A correlation analyses of the enlargement rate of pupils、the average level ofurine iodine、the quality of iodinated salt and the prevalence rate of endemicgoiter of inhabitants in disease region were carried out in this paper.The resu-lts showed that there has been a significant positive correlation between the pre-vaelnce rate of inhabitants and the enlargement rate of pupils at different yearsand areas,and the significant negative correlations were found between theprevalence rate of inhabitants and the average level of urine iodine and the qual-ity of iodinated salt。Thus,we preliminarilythink it is feasible that the enlarge-ment rate of pupils and the urine iodine and the quality of iodinated salt areserved as the surveillance indexes。
