摘要
以ZF720型液压支架为例,介绍了利用UG软件实现液压支架模型的运动仿真及分析的方法和具体步骤,采用运动函数驱动,以动画表现液压支架的整个运动过程,用图表反映运动仿真结果,为液压支架优化设计提供参考。
Used ZF720 type hydraulic support for example, it introduced of using UG software to realize motion simulation and analysis method and specific steps for hydraulic support, it used movement function to drive hydraulic and entire movement process of hydraulic support is expressed by animation,the exercise simulation results is showed by charts, this results provided reference for design optimization of hydraulic support.
